In a flashback episode that takes place when Lucifer first came to LA, Amenadiel comes to retrieve his fallen brother, but is shocked when he is mugged. Amenadiel enlists Lucifer's help to track down the mugger and Lucifer, in turn, offers his assistance – but only in exchange for a favor. Meanwhile, Chloe and Dan – who are still married – investigate the murder of an MMA fighter, Aidan Scott, at the hands of the same killer who mugged Amenadiel.

After an argument, Eric and Donna decide to withhold sex to see who'll cave in first. Red is nearly killed by a falling tree and it changes his whole outlook on life. He starts being nice to people, even Fez, but he soon realizes that that's not who he is. Kelso claims to have seen a UFO.

Laurie moves out and Red is pissed off when he finds out she moved in with a guy instead of with a girlfriend like she told him. She then moves back in when the guy goes back to his wife. Jackie suspects Kelso of being unfaithful.

Eric has a new friend and Steven and Kelso can't stand it. Steven doesn't like him because he's rich and Eric doesn't give him a ride home anymore because Buddy has a Trans Am. Kelso, on the other hand, seems like a worried spouse. Eric starts to feel uncomfortable around him however when Buddy makes a move on him. Buddy apparently thought that Eric was also gay. And Red makes his first sale.

As the gang prepares to depart for the holidays, they quickly find they may be home alone when they are all trapped at the airport.

Despite fearing the meanest and most unrelenting dermatologist in town, Dr. Amy Evans, Jules and Ellie are willing to endure the harsh ridicule and wrath for an appointment with the best in the business. But when Jules learns Dr. Evans is seeing Bobby, she's determined to stand up to her and protect him. Meanwhile, Travis gets a job working for Barb that turns out to be more than he bargained for.
